This 140 page book revisits many areas of leadership development that many of us have read about, aspects like character versus ability or talent. I would recommend the book but point you to the last 40 pages! Changes must challenge us to change!

This is a book from a Canadian perspective which I liked and I happen to have met one of the authors, Gary Nelson, a couple of times. He’s a marvelous speaker.
