There was a time when the communication of the Annual Officer’s moves was by phone and grapevine!  Remember how Officers would phone each other trying to come up with the “official list” on move day?  TSA even created a guideline that required Officer’s to pay for long distance calls made on that day to alleviate the costs associated with that day.  Today we have email and websites (and Facebook) and the communication is almost instantaneousness.
