The butternut squash is growing quickly and the bright green leaves and growth are, I think rather exciting. Almost like spring is in the greenhouse and slowly spreading to the rest of the world.

I have always loved gardening. Even as a kid, I loved digging up weeds and seeing and smelling the dark earth. I have vivid memories of visiting my grandmother in Niagara Falls and eating carrots and green and yellow beans straight out of the garden. Wow, do vegetables out of the garden ever taste great!

Jason, Celine, and Isabella are back from their vacation to Morrocco and raving about the great time they had. Sounds like it was quite the adventure. North Africa in the winter? Yes, I think I could do that for sure. That is not the plane that they flew across the Atlantic Ocean on… just to get to Casablanca. “Here’s looking at you, Kid”.
