The picture which is the feature picture at the top of the blog is from a vacation we took years ago with Philip and Jason. We went to Pennsylvania and spent time in the area of Lancaster. A great place to go and we had a wonderful time. I’ve always loved the photo of the two of them on the wooden train which was in the Kettle Kitchen area.

Kids – grandkids – they bring so much joy to our hearts.

We have the most creative grandchildren. Both sets of grandchildren seem to really enjoy posting notices outside their rooms. This one is outside Carlye’s room – and you’ll see that it has a community outreach focus – helping out Kelly, a neighbour, who had some surgery.

I find these displays so delightful I couldn’t help but take a picture to share with you. Grandkids are wonderful.
