The Border is on

The Baby’s Quilt

The sashing is complete and the border is attached, the top of the quilt for Jason and Susan’s expected baby is done. With the blue border on, it takes on the water theme.  The border really helps to POP out the blues in the embroidery.  

Did I mention that we are going to be grandparents?

Uncle Phil is building a crib, what a handmade nursery they will have.

Does anyone have any name suggestions for this quilt?

We are going to be moving house soon and I think the design wall is going to need to be packed away for a few weeks.  The embroidery machine is packed, but I’m not quite ready to pack my sewing machine.
