It’s been a bit since my update on The Villa, our lovely, comfortable, home. And first up is news of Nugget’s new stuffy. Now before you wonder if we’ve lost our little kibble minds? Nugget loves to play and he shakes, chews, and tosses them about. And Nugget himself continues to grow up, less and less like a puppy and more and more like he’s one of the people of the house!

We’ve had two homes for sale in our Villa for a while. One has now sold and the chatter is that the new owners have two small dogs.

And, we are in the midst of re-writing our by-laws which are 30 years old. The legal fees have some people wondering if we need to do this. The answer is yes, and my years of dealing with lawyers and our legal team at TSA have put legal fees into perspective.

And we’ve just passed Halloween, and a memory popped up of Wendy with Rachel 13 years ago! And then there’s the picture of Jillian and Shane dressed up at Glenmore Temple’s festivities! How fun is that.

For some reason our Christmas cactus is in full bloom, a bit early for the season but you can’t argue with it. The sunshine certainly has been stirring this plant.

But then came our weather change.

A warm up is coming, but it reminded us that the seasons are changing.
