I was trying to think if I have ever heard anyone preach or teach about the millennium reign of Christ. I can recall anyone taking on this Biblical prophecy.

I was asked if I would read this and give her my opinion. I’m about half way through so this isn’t a full review. I can say, that Dr David Jeremiah is a renowned speaker, author and theologian. So anything I have to say is in the light that my opinion is mine.

For the most part it is a good book, well written and Scripture is cited thoroughly. The truth of the matter is that much of the book is accurate. It does though reflect the tone of American evangelical thought, that the USA is some how engaged in helping bring about the 2nd coming of Christ. Though he does point out that no politician, including Donald Trump, can bring about peace and prosperity.

Do I recommend it, yes, I would but like eating fish, you don’t eat the whole fish, you pull out the bones.
