I wrote earlier, here, about the quilt that Wendy made for Amanda. She loved it so much that she did one for herself but in a different colour set. I love to watch how a quilt comes together, and as this is a lengthy process I get to see the progress and the struggles around challenges. This one had some real challenges to it but it turned out great.

I really love the four sayings on this quilt – find joy in the ordinary (seems fitting for a pandemic), kindness changes everything, life is art live yours in color (US spelling) and be your own kind of beautiful.

It will be treasured for many years.
