An executive directors of one of our large facilities was going through some Salvation Army training which is done out of The Netherlands. He is a very talented leader and we’ve been investing in him.

He sent me a note following the training with a couple of pictures as he was so surprised, as was I, to see in the training materials a quote from me, which came out of an article I wrote a few years back on membership, soldiership and commitment. He took two pictures (below) of the screen so I could see it. He thought it was cool that he knew the author! How cool is that?

I hope I don’t sound boastful, I don’t intend to be. I was just so surprised to see this, and from Holland?!

At any rate – here’s what he sent me! Kind of neat I think.
