Wendy called me to the front door yesterday morning to see a pair of Cardinals in the tree in front of our house. The male is sitting high up in the tree, and his brilliant red colour makes him easy to see. His partner is very camouflaged and you will have to look carefully, but she’s in the tree too.  They stayed for a few minutes before the male took his leave and she followed.

In the midst of working from home and going from one video conference to another, this was a wonderful moment to pause for a second and give thanks to God for the wonder of His creation.
