I was surprised yesterday to get a note and photo via Facebook of a photo of my Dad.  Apparently this photo still hangs in the hospital – what was the Windsor Grace Hospital – from when he was the Chairman of the Board.  Dayna took a photo and sent it on – wasn’t that kind of her?

The hospital was taken over by a combined board a few years ago as happened to most if not all Salvation Army Hospitals.  That could bring rise to a different editorial comment so I will leave that alone.

My Dad has been gone for almost ten years and his influence lives on – that is I still have people who speak to me on a regular basis of his care or Christian character.
