Phil & myself stopping to enjoy the sun

Wendy and I are spending the Easter weekend with Phil & Amanda in Canmore.  Phil and I went for a walk up Grotto Canyon – the sun was strong and the canyon walls protect from the winds.  It was a spectacular day and I got about 150 photos, so this is but a small sample.

We will miss these times together and seeing the magnificent sites of such an overwhelming topography. The reflecting snow, the blue sky, the glorious rise of the rock from the valley floor never lose their appeal…their WOW power!
