It was a cold and snowy day, but that didn’t keep Paige and i home. No siree…we were off on the LRT to downtown and Roger’s Place to take in the Edmonton Oil King’s game. And it was a great game. No pictures of us, but lots of pictures of what went of around us.

These aren’t just hockey games; they are entertainment events. Lights, camera, action – a local rock band played twice -they were terrible! But it looked like they were having fun jumping around and yelling into the mics. I always like seeing #21 who is one of the sons of Jarome Ignila – and his son has a great ability to handle the puck.

Last night we watched Rowan Atkinson in Man vs Baby and TSA Red Shield showed up in one of the scenes.

And finally – this good “dad joke” to mark the changing of the calendar year.
