One of my direct reports sent this to me and I had to smile as I see the debate go back and forth on the way “work should be”. Some believe that we need more relational workspaces, that is working in person with each other. Some believe that we are more effective working remotely.

I for one like the remote work scenario and agree I get more done out of the office – Dilbert does tell the truth.
