Seven schedule changes, and one gate change yesterday. I’m beginning to think that the Air Canada is no longer scheduling their flights – it’s a show-up and let us surprise you kind of relationship that we have.
But now we’re home and wow are we happy to be back in OUR house!
The poor man beside us yesterday on the plane was filled with anxiety. He couldn’t sit still, kept the blind down on the window, laid on his tray table, hugged the seat in front of him (which was not empty) and gave every signal that he was doing everything in his power to make it to the other end.
Travel is a rough experience right now.
On the good news side, we had one of the best rental cars yet. It was a VW Tiguan. Very comfortable, excellent fuel consumption, and sporty handling. I would be interested in owning one of those.
