We’re celebrating Mom today and while my Dad told me long ago you never tell a woman’s age, and that my Mom is on repeat for 39th birthday, I can tell you that is she is doing well for her age.

It’s been a tough year for everyone but especially for those locked in a retirement residence. So we hope it’s a good day for her tomorrow.

Today Wendy and I, Cath, Terry and Noah went to her residence and waved through the window and delivered flowers, balloons, cake, candles and matches and groceries. It is not the same as a visit or going out of lunch but it’s as good as it can be right now.

So happy birthday Mom!
