Saint John New Brunswick and my own history

Tonight I’m in Saint John NB…an industrial city known mostly for Irving Oil and as you fly in you can see the refineries and the oil storage tanks.  This old city, and it was established in 1604.  I lived here for just over two years when I was 5 and 6 years of age and what I remember was mostly fog and rain…and snow!  The building that we are meeting is was built in the early 60’s….

I’ve now been here 4 or 5 times over the past two years and it’s been sunny and nice every time. TSA here is in the midst of exciting renewal and while the challenges are before everyone I’m over joyed at the enthusiasm on the group.

It’s been nice to see some of the places that I remember and to see them from a different perspective. If I could, I would tell you story after story of how God is transforming people from lives of despair and sadness into lives that are filled with joy and peace.  God is at work in this land and as The General suggested recently, it would seem there are many indications we are in last times.
