Good-bye Mr. Rogers

I wonder how many others have written something similar to this?  Today we unplugged from Rogers, the giant communication company that seemingly spends more on advertising than on customer service.  I can’t begin to tell you how frustrating I’ve found this company.  From poor service to poor connection speeds to poor… well you get it.

I should have known we were in trouble when on the very first automatic withdrawal from our bank they took 10x the amount authorized.  And then it took me 6 weeks to get our money back.

Between every rising costs and other issues we finally had enough.

So the equipment is in the car to be returned.

Oh – I did try returning the equipment but after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to unlock the door of the store (which was open but unattended) I discovered you can only return equipment to corporate stores…even though the franchised stores can sell you equipment.

The insanity is over and so is this rant.
