For some time I’ve been convinced that one of the best ways our department can resource our people on the front lines is to give them multi-media tools that speak to their circumstances.  You would think that’s an easy thing to accomplish – I can tell you from my own experience it has not been.  However, we are now finding that we have some traction and I believe will be able to continue these projects now that we’re on our way.
