The loss of loneliness

Ever been lonely?  Even though you are surrounded by people?  Even though you know lots of people?  Have you considered that the reason you’re lonely is because even though you know many people, you really haven’t let people know you?

Think about it.
Oh, and you should know that if you’re going to let people know you, you’ll need to be willing to be vulnerable.  That means letting others know you’re strengths and weaknesses – it will mean taking time to invite others into your bubble.  It’s risky.  You may be disappointed.
What’s the return?  The loss of loneliness and the the discovery of community.
