The Salvation Army’s traning program for it’s Officers culminates in a pubic service of recognition.  Each June the current session of Cadets is given the rank of Lieutenant and their first appointment as they are commissioned and ordained as Salvation Army Officers.  Today the “Ambassadors of Holiness” will come to that point.

Family and friends are gathering in Toronto for these events.  We are delighted to attend the commissioning of Kyla.  She has a special place in our hearts!
