By the couch in the living room is a small red basket that contains Nuggets “toys”. These are stuffies and other small items which he loves to play with. None more than his lamb! In the evening we usually pick up the things he has scattered about in the day and put them there. Then at some point the next day he will go and bring them out one at a time. He also enjoys his duck and if you say to him “where’s your duck?” he will go and find it. Yes, he’s pretty smart!

He gives us endless joy and never has a bad mood or an off day. Wouldn’t it be great if we were like that?!

Being away from family during the holiday seasons, which every one it is, always gives us pause to appreciate the pictures and phone calls that we get – and now we can do video calls easily. This is the technology we all love.

Today was Christmas in Uxbridge – well for one family who has a nurse in the crowd who worked the past few days! So nice to get a picture of them gathered to open their gifts and then go to Swiss Chalet! How Canadian!
