Wendy and I were fortunate enough to be able to fly to Toronto last week. I had meetings with the IT Committee, and then we had a few days with Cath and Terry in the Land of Ux. What a quaint town with lovely homes, quiet streets, and lots of grand old trees! And of course we were with Terry and Cath! And how lovely is that.

Now, if that wasn’t enough, we had a chance to go see the latest Downton Abbey movie. Not a car chase, murder mystery movie, but a good story, and we watched in a very appropriate small town movie theatre – The Roxy! They even came down the aisle and told us “the movie will now begin”…always good to know when you are waiting for the movie to begin. Otherwise, we might miss it!! LOL. Do you want popcorn with your butter? Pardon?

And Wendy got to go to the Uxbridge Quilt Shop – twice!! What a lovely shop with friendly and chatty staff.

Thanks to Terry for driving us all over kingdom come, and to the two of them for being so kind and hospitable. It was fun!
