It’s an interesting feeling to be back at THQ where we spent 12 years. There is something familiar and comfortable about it. Not quite in the city I would like…but that’s where it is. For our meetings this week the hotel where we are staying is not the newest of facilities, but it is close to the office.

I came out of the hotel on Wednesday morning and there were RCMP officers and big black vehicles all over. Plus, the media were gathering. They don’t leave – they hover around the foyer.

i got off the elevator as Dominic LeBlanc was getting on, and I sawa few other familiar faces. The large black vehicles are always available, and one of them is always running. It appears that the government Cabinet meeting here also stayed here last night. Yep. We were under the same roof.

That doesn’t happen every day…or night!
