Saturday evening was Christmas With The Salvation Army in Edmonton. It was a delightful presentation in a lovely auditorium. The evening went along smoothly with good music, humour, kids and lots of carol singing.
The crowd was very receptive and responded well. The time with the kids though was really funny – and they heard well the story of the birth of Jesus. They were invited to wave to their parents and one girl really took the opportunity to wave!

We were sitting in the second row of the balcony – really good seats. We were a tad late arriving just as the program as getting going. It was a rather snowy night and with a deep cold of minus 25 the roads were icy and people were taking it easy.
It was a good evening! And of course cements that feeling that we’re getting close to Christmas!
