People make the difference.

Think about it. Being with people you like, or don’t like has a real impact on us, upon our thoughts, moods, opinions, upon our days.
One of the people I really like being around is Ted. I hired him to run NRO, and he’s done a fabulous job—and still is. He was in Edmonton this week, and this morning, we were able to have breakfast together. I got caught up on what’s happening in his world, both at work and at home. Honestly, he gave me great joy and encouragement. God is faithful to him and his family.
Ted has a real vision of how TSA can reach communities across this country to be a transforming influence. He is an outstanding leader of people!
Last evening we had two lovely ladies in for dinner – both live alone and one recently lost her husband, so we thought it would be nice to have them over. We chatted a long time, enjoyed a good meal (and dessert) and finally with the sun set they headed home. We were richer for the evening.
That’s what I mean – people make all the difference.
Want to improve your day – get with people who can make a difference? – and make it about them. You’ll be richer for it.
