She’s growing up – becoming a real tweenager as she leaves that “little girl” behind and surges ahead towards the teen years. Like I have said before, we wouldn’t hold back our lovely grandchildren from growing up but we’ll miss the “little ones”.

What can we say about Carlyle? She is lovely, Thoughtful, kind, caring, immensely smart, well read with the vocabulary of a university student. She loves her family, has many friends, is a top student, loves the outdoors and is skilled in many hard skills that frankly I’ve not mastered.

We celebrate her today and look forward to the next year.
