It’s been a while since I’ve landed here. The conference schedule and Congress weekend took everything out of us – out of me! I was exhausted by the time we were done. The schedule was full, but I think the other part of it was the emotion of the whole experience too.

There were some really powerful moments. The first evening when Floyd walked out, the entire room of some 1500 individuals stood and clapped and clapped and clapped! The appreciation for him and Tracey and their leadership was clearly demonstrated in that room at that moment.

It was wonderful to see so many of the business group in attendance and above is my friend Ted who with Michelle, joined us for the week.

Wendy and I celebrated 40 years of officeship with those who are still active. Here we are with the Tidds and the Peddles. Celebrating with Wendy and I, Wendy Swan, Roy Snow, Ann Braund and Barb Carey. Of note, the Peddles were on staff during our training time.

I’ve got more to say and more pictures to post but I wanted to say, since I have not posted for a while, I’m still here.
