Listening to the radio on our way to church this morning and they were talking about how the pine beetle infestation was being dealt with by Alberta’s cold weather… 97% of bugs are killed by the cold. Now mind you we’re driving in minus 20 with snow falling and the roads covered in ice and snow when the radio announcer says, “and it’s going to get cold next week”.

What? Wait a minute. Have you been outside? Have you brushed off your car? Have you… oh wait it’s going down to minus 40.

Yes, it’s going to get cold next week.
