Since April I’ve been waiting to get to an appointment with the opthomologist. Finally the day has arrived – my left eye had a severe detached retina about 4 years ago and the doctor told me at that time the surgery would bring on a cataract in 2 to 2.5 years. That eye is fine.
My right eye on the other hand has poor vision and most of the time not only are things fuzzy but double. It’s driving me crazy and looking at a computer screen is getting close to impossible.
So I am VERY pleased that the journey to have this corrected begins today. If you wonder what it’s like here’s an image that will help you see a bit of what’s it is like.
