In our carport, resting on one of upper beams a Robin has built a nest, and the baby is really growing fast.  We think there was another baby but we haven’t seen any evidence of that bird for a bit.

Monday I managed to get a few photos though where she put her nest it isn’t easy to get to.  Obviously the mother Robin keeps an eye on me when I get too close.

She brings worms to her baby waiting a safe distance if we are around until she lands on the nest’s edge.

The miracle of new birth is amazing in the animal kingdom as well.
