The Commissioning Weekend, the Silver Star Luncheon, the farewell to the Francis’….it’s been a good weekend.  Inspiring messages, terrific music, well planned and well executed.

Particularily moving were the testimonies from Nancy and Joel Turley, the duet of Captain Billy Francis and his mother Commissioner Marilyn Francis and the message of Commissioners Norman Howe and William Francis.
