Tomorrow I’m having a little procedure!  They are going to stick a camera down my throat.  So here’s the question – do I want to be sedated…or have a local anesthetic?  I’ll think on that over night.  I’ve been having trouble for a while swallowing certain foods.

If you “google” swallowing problems you’ll come up with a few results.  I’m hoping that somewhere along the line I swallowed a piece of gum and it is getting in the way, but I suspect that isn’t the problem.  Oh well we’ll find out tomorrow.
