Now that we’re into September, it won’t be long before the garden comes to a complete end, and another growing season will be over. Today is 29 degrees, so that seems a bit off, but it is September and we are in Edmonton, Alberta! The tomatoes are nice, but the plants are shorter, much shorter than usual.



However, the Cosmos have exploded, some reaching near 8 feet tall. The blossoms are exploding still and these late warm days are just what they want.
The Brandywine red tomatoes came out nice – a very different leaf than many variations. They are great on a sandwich too.
