President Zelinskyy has been leading his country against the tyranny and aggression of Putin and his Russian Army. He has been courageous and brilliant. I would suggest that sitting in the Oval Office did not frighten him – at all.

If I was an American I would be embarrassed. This was a Jerry Springer moment – invite Zellinskyy, and the cameras and then put the guy in a difficult position to see if he swings.

As a Canadian I am offended at the posturing, self-interest and cowardice of the actions and words of both the president and vice president of the united states…or the not so united states.

Today Trump was at his worst – a bully, on home turf, with an interest in what He can get out of Ukraine. Yelling at the visitor to his office, a man three years into leading his country through war, is nothing more than the behaviour of an uncontrolled despot.

Dear American friends – Ukraine may be in trouble. But so are you.

Europe no longer has the USA as an ally.
