Wendy and I really like Mexican food, and Tex-Mex…and finding a good restaurant seems to be a challenge. There’s The Three Amigos in town and they are excellent, but we’ve been awaiting the opening of Chipotle since the announcement they were coming to Edmonton.

Saturday we finally got our chance to share a bowl. Now take a page from Chipotle, Mr. Mucho Burrito, these guys give you LOTS of food. No stingy, no you can’t have, no that’s enough. Fresh, tasty and filling.

The restaurant is small….unfortunately, but what a good crowd was there. I counted 12 people working behind the counter and customers just kept coming in one door and going out the other.
