I’ve joined an MGB group on Facebook. Yes, I am still thinking about buying one. I’ve been watching You Tube videos on these cars and on other cars from the 60’s and 70’s. It is hard to fathom that these vehicles are over 50 years old, but they are.

It was 1976 when I bought an MGB Midget…which never made it home with me having discovered the insurance cost for a 20-year-old. Ever since I have wanted to buy one. In 1974, in NL, I looked at buying a 1974 TR6 but that was out of reach. ($4000)

But today I do not think this is out of reach…I recently looked at one for sale at $3950!

I would love to find one with the chrome bumpers, wire wheels and in British racing green! Oh yeah baby!!

Wendy was in a store the other day and I went looking to see if they had any models of this car or something like it – nope! Have you seen the price of models lately? These are $40 now.

I think I’ll save my money for the real thing…one day!
