I am not a handyman. Not one bit. I would love to be able to do some of the work on our house, but whenever I break out the toolbox Wendy breaks into a light sweat! What are you going to do is usually the first question…

So I am going to claim some positive feedback and feelings about my attempt to mount a TV in the basement for Wendy. We put our 43″ TV downstairs and I think it looks very good!

I ran out to do an errand yesterday and parked around the corner was a 1962 Chrysler 300 and it was in great condition. I had to stop and take a picture.

I have an ongoing interest in classic cars and would love to own one, one day! I love the MGB or MG Midget and there are a few around for sale at not-unreasonable prices. I’ve been buying the Classic Car magazine and reading some of the fascinating stories of people who have restored great old cars. I would need to buy one that was in good working condition, but the engines are simple and relatively easy to work on compared to today’s vehicles.

Finally – an update on the house. The new floor is now in the front entrance. We’re glad to have the ceramic tiles removed. While ceramic tiles are bulletproof for wear and tear, they are super cold on the feet and this is not a tropical climate!

The closet doors need to be ordered so they can be installed – but I think it looks great.

Finally – a picture of three products from our garden! I really love watching our plants develop and produce for us their fruit! Look at the size of that tomato and there are a few others that size.
