I’ve had the great joy and privilege of being involved with Arrow Leadership for the past few years. It has been a gift to my life and leadership development. When I was invited to be one of the leadership partners for the 38th class I was really thrilled so it was deeply disappointing when I discovered that I could not join the third and final residential component due to travel and appointment requirements.

I was however thrilled to see this video done by Adrian in celebration of the class – and it gives a good representation of the contributors, leaders and setting on Keats Island.
