How do I know these people who are with me in The Netherlands. To the right is Lt. Colonel Anthony Cotterill who is the Chief Secretary in the Denmark Territory. Anthony and I did a DYB exchange in 1992 and 1993. We went to the UK one year and he returned with his crew the next. I remember the laughter – the travel – the great kids in the band.  Later when I went to the ICO I visited Anothony and Gill in their corps – played in the band out serenading, went to the Home League sale and preached on Sunday.

Lt. Colonel Marsha-Jean and her husband Dave are Canadians who left for a 3 year term in Germany 18 years ago – they are still there where Marsha is the Chief Secretary.  The Bowles are long time friends and we were stationed together in Ottawa at the same time.

We are all grandparents now – all involved in Territorial structure and discussions and frankly it was wonderful to catch up for a bit on how our lives have changed.
