I’ve come to the conclusion that:

1….being a grandparent is just darn wonderful.
2….babies smell wonderful – like, well babies should…unless they smell like sour milk.
3….watching a child grow brings a joy unlike any other
4… it could be easy to worry about the future for your kids
5….when all is said and done what we are to the next generation is what may really count
6….position in life is not nearly as important as we make it out to be
7….what difference we make in the world for the sake of the Kingdom of God may be our children’s best inheritance
8….a good marriage is priceless
9….one of God’s great gifts to us is memory – wonderful to recall
10…I can hardly wait to be with my grandchildren…and of course our children!
