I travel frequently and I meet many people for meetings.  When it comes to greeting good friends – or old acquaintances a small hug or as in Montreal last week the European brand of touching cheeks on each side is fine.  But I have noticed that many men don’t seem to know the art of a good handshake.  It’s either a quick extension of the hand while the eyes go elsewhere or worse…the limp handshake.
