Another week has gone zooming by and my second residential of Arrow is over.  It’s been a good week with some great teaching, conversations, case studies, laughter and food.  The Arrow brand, in my name, endures.

I’m taking away a deeper sense of joy in the LORD and some new tools for leadership and personal development.

Tomorrow we head home – first by boat, then bus, then airplane.
