Is there anything better than a family celebration?  When family can come together, to sit around a table, tell stories of what’s going on in our lives and to do so without hesitation, without reservation and with laughter – what is better than that?   Well we had two celebrations tonight!

Awesome Aunt Amanda

First of all, we celebrated Amanda’s birthday.  Phil wasn’t with her as he had to work, but with Susan and Jason,  Wendy and I we did have some supper together and sang “Happy Birthday” (copyright belongs to Time-Warner…and I’m not kidding) while she blew out the candles on cupcakes!  Amanda got a great card from Jason and Susan to an “Awesome Aunt”.

Salsa Nights by Mom

Second celebration?  Well after 250 plus hours by Wendy, Jason got his quilt!  It’s called Salsa Nights and represents a heritage piece for their home!
