This was a delightful day.  We had the privilege of having Colonels Onal and Edmane Castor with us and introducing them around Divisional Headquarters.  They have been in the Division since Saturday having flown in from Kingston Jamaica where they lead The Army’s work in the Caribbean.  They have a great Spirit of Salvationism and their joyful ways are infectious.

After a tour of DHQ we went out for lunch and talked about the development of officers, the challenges they face working in 16 countries with different languages, economic development and currency’s.  We listened with interest as they talked about their time in Africa and marveled at the way in which The Army (and The Church) is growing in parts of the world.

We discovered how many people we had in common as friends or associates.  People in different countries, people who have crossed both our paths!  Amazing.

As the day ends we thank the Lord for bringing people like this into our world!  This was a delightful day.
