Happy Birthday to my Mom…born in Niagara Falls, in her parents home – one of 6 children…one of five girls, she’s been a significant force in my life.  Growing up I was an only child for the first ten years and so we were very close…as Dad did a great deal of travel.

This won’t mean much to anyone other than my Mom and I but….

• walking to the corps in Orillia
• eating TV dinners on the “green stamp” tv trays
• watching Mutual of Omaha, Sir Francis Drake and Disney
• learning how to skate on the pond in Orillia
• learning to cook, sew and do the laundry
• visiting Thorold Stone Road…east
