I had to return to Kananaskis today for some items that were left behind by one of our delegates.  As I left Calgary it was minus 30 and overcast, but as I drove south along Hwy 40 into the Kananaskis Valley I noticed that the snow was melting on the trees and on the road.  The sun was out in full force and the outside temperature somewhere near 10 degrees.
