I’m into my second week at work without a laptop…it some how lost my profile and therefore created a new one.  The I.T. Dept has been hard at work trying to sort it out and today began by cleaning off my computer to rebuild it!  Ahhhh!!  I feel as if my right hand has been tied behind my back for a week.  Every had this happen to you?

Today’s final comment is a shout out to Salman at the local Wal-Mart!  From time to time I note some flaw in the customer service of one store or another so tonight I want, …need to, tell you what great customer service he provided.  Salman was quick, friendly and accommodating.  He smiled and spoke politely handling our things as if they were his own.  So thank you Salman!
