I wonder how Americans, and the USA government would react if another country’s leader announced that they were taking part of their territory, or were going to bring economic pressure to bear? I mean we are used to seeing governments do this to countries, like Russia who invaded Crimea and then Ukraine, or to Iran…

I think if we were Americans we might decide to live in Pennsylvania. (And if we were at this time I might move to Canada….) It has for us, some of the most interesting places in the country and the rolling hills, lush fields, large forests, and rushing rivers make it such a pleasant place…
Home, home on the range
It’s been an adventure. We have driven from Edmonton to Ottawa via the Canadian route, staying away from the shore of Lake Superior (that’s too slow for me) and then returning south of the Great Lakes, taking time to pause and enjoy a few places along the way. And it is a long long journey….
