A truth learned

I learned a lesson this week at a meeting on strategic planning and here’s how it’s summarized as authored in Kentucky. “If two people are responsible to water the horse, the horse will die.” Don’t divide responsibility to lead.  Have a team, but be sure there’s a leader.
